昔すぎるとこんな風に書いてたんたって恥ずかしいですね笑

オープンする日の朝仕込んで11じの開店に合わせて焼き立てになるようにつくってます

第二段が出来上がるのは14〜15じごろ

少しずつしかつくれないのですがシナモンがっつり＋ほんのりカルダモン

わたし好みに作ってるのであんまり甘すぎなくてでもちょっとほっとしたい時に食べられる糖質量とスパイスを感じられるようにつくってます

毎回はじっこか小さめのは試食にしますがその時間がたのしみなくらい美味しい♩

ただバタバタしすぎてまた今朝大きめの火傷してしまいました

自分で処置したけどわりとやばいかんじになってしまいしばらく左手首が見苦しいかんじです…ほんと毎回気をつけてるはずなのに情けない。。
