山梨でワイン作り体験してきました

使う品種はマスカットベリーA

収穫するところからはじまります

日本原産の黒ブドウでワインの特徴は

独特の果実香、ハーブのようなスパイシーな風味、穏やかなタンニン

ブドウそのものも食べ放題でしたが甘くてジューシーでワインの味とはぜんぜん違う印象でした

収穫した葡萄を踏んで果汁を搾ります

なんかすごい罪悪感ありますがガシガシ踏みました

踏んだものをタネと皮を除く機械にいれてジュースにします

ジュースも試飲させてもらいました

果皮の渋みも少し混ざり良い感じの甘いジュース

ここから発酵させてワインに

ラベルも好きなイラストや写真で作らせてもらいます

絵心…泣

クリスマスまでにワインにして送ってくれるそうです♩ ヌーボーなのかな！今からどんな味になるのか楽しみです

去年はフランス全土であまり良い年でなかったそうで今年は美味しいワインができますように
