アイシングはないザクザクした砂糖やアーモンドをトッピングするのが特徴です

シナモンとカルダモンたっぷり

日本でカルダモンを買うと高いのですがヨーロッパではとても手軽に買える価格で沢山買ってきました

惜しげもなく入れたらやっぱりワインに合う味になりました！

商品化を目指したいので試作頑張ろうと思います

去年のフィンランドの写真を見ながらいろいろな思い出が溢れてきます
