一カ月通った学校の最終日

料理とパティスリー両方ともテストがありました

料理はその日まで何を作るか知らされず今回は 鯛 栗 リゾットが課題 食感としてはクリスピーなものを取り入れるのが必須

1時間半以内に盛り付けまで終わらせるというものでした

魚を卸すところからまた大苦戦で身がぼろぼろになってしまいましたがもう諦めてそれを目立たなくする盛り付けに。。

栗とパルメザンチーズのリゾット

鯛はバターでさっと焼いて上に栗を削ってオーブンカリカリにしたものをトッピング

魚のさばき方がバツでしたが味と盛り付けは大丈夫でした

ほかの生徒は皮を使ったりカラフルな食材を選ぶなどもっと攻めた料理にしてたけどやはり無難路線でいってしまいました

パティスリークラスはシガレットとフレンチトースト

シンプルなのにテストと思うといろいろ苦戦。。 シガレットは薄く細くできず失敗でしたがとりあえず終了！！

毎日濃厚な時間だったけどあっという間に終わってしまいました

日本人がだれもいなかったけど学校以外でも遊んだりごはんいったり 楽しい時間を過ごせる友だちができてうれしかったです

帰ったらおかしやのんにどんな風に生かせるか考え中

いろいろ習った衝撃的な料理のほうもなにか違う形でできたらいいなと思います
