ココナッツは日本だと好き嫌いが別れるとおもいますがフランスでは王道な万人ウケと思われてるようです

前のファームステイ先でぶどうの収穫をしたときにそれぞれ料理を持ち寄ってパーティをしたのですがデザート8種類くらいでてきて6種にココナッツが使われてました

結構カルチャーショック！

ココナッツのイメージは一気に外国感でるおかしになることでしたがこのタルトの甘みもほどよくココナッツ！という激しい主張もあまりなかったので想像以上にの美味しさでした
