カルカソンヌの新しいファームステイ先でついにぶどうの収穫
今回はシャルドネ
赤ワイン用のメルローはまだ糖度が足りなくて収穫は9月中頃の予定だそうです
暑くて日中は作業ができないため18じから開始
気温35度 日の入りの21じまでひたすら収穫
このまま食べても甘くてジューシーで美味しいです
ワイン造りの工程に少しでも携わってみたかったのでこの収穫の作業を体験できて小さな夢が叶いました
翌朝は朝7じから収穫再開
眠気も忘れるくらいきれいな日の出とぶどう畑を見られて感動
今まで自分の語学力に自信がなかったり体調があまりよくなかったり…日本に早く帰りたいと思うこともよくありましたがこの美しい景色を見た瞬間 フランスに来られて本当に良かったと思えました
