On va l’écrevisse!といわれ？ ？ ？

どこに行くのかと調べたら…ザリガニ！！

先日ザリガニを取りに川へ行ってきました

濡れるからハーフパンツがいいよといわれたのですが…足が濡れるどころでなく水着じゃなきゃダメなレベルの深さの川へ入り石を剥がし捕まえるというものでした

下半身全てよくわからない藻が絡んでました…ça fait chier…….

大漁！！

2時間くらいかけて川でザリガニを取りました

本当のことをいうとわたしは素手で動物も魚も触れないのですがそんなこと言えず。。フランス人のおじさんたちは沢山取って夕食はご馳走だぜ！とのりのりだったのでわたしももう無意識で掴み取るしかないと思い頑張りました

泥抜きもせず水で洗って内臓だけとってそのまま玉ねぎとトマト缶 白ワインとオリーブオイルを炒めた大鍋にぶち込んで

！！！ ぎゃあ 怖い

ザリガニのアメリケンヌソースという題名のお料理だそうです

味はあっさりしていて生臭くも泥っぽさもなく美味しい！？というかいろいろ考えたら食べられなくなりそうなので美味しくいただきました

フランス人はザリガニが大好きでご馳走とのこと！レストランで食べたら高いよ〜と言われましたがきっと注文はしないな

ザリガニといったら私のイメージでは近所のドブにいるものでとても食用とは思ってなかったのでほんとに衝撃的でした

フランス来てから一番な異文化を感じた日

いろいろな意味で免疫が強くなっている気がしてます

また行こう！といわれたので今からハラハラしてます
