こじんまりした店内でケーキ パン キッシュなどが売っていましたが今回はケーキを頼んでみました

自分で米粉でお菓子をつくるとグルテンが無い分全くまとまらずポロポロになり形にするのがとても難しかったですがちゃんとタルトになってる！

とおもったのですが切ってみると

やっぱりぼろぼろしちゃいました

グルテンないんだからあたりまえか！でもやっぱりわたしは小麦で作っているタルトのほうが美味く味わえるだろうなと思いました

中身の部分はレモンの爽やかさでフランスのおかしにしては甘さ控えめでいい感じ

満足感があるスイーツという訳ではないけど新しい経験ができました
