念願だったお店へ

火曜の23じからフジテレビで放送しているセブンルールで知ったパリで活躍する日本人ショコラティエール

すっごく鮮明に覚えているのが去年のバレンタイン前日に特集されていて自分と向き合う機会になったということ

バレンタインだけどどーせなんもいいことないや〜と友達と飲んだくれて帰ってきたときにテレビをつけたらTrois Chocolats の佐野さんのチョコレートへの情熱とパリでの挑戦が特集されていて観ながら感動というかいろんな気持ちがこみ上げてきてきました

パリで日本人初のチョコレートのお店だそうです

世界的な有名なパティシエやショコラティエがいるパリでお店を出すなんて並大抵の覚悟じゃできないしパリの人に支持されているのはホンモノじゃないとできないことだと思います

ちょうどシェフは日本のバレンタインイベントで名古屋にいかれてるそうで不在でしたが販売のスタッフの方からいろいろお話を聞くことができました

写真も好きなだけ撮ってくださいと言って頂きうっとりしながら撮影

新作が多くて紙ベースの説明書が追いつかないとのことでした

好きなものを詰めてもらえます

どれも食べてみたくてだいぶ時間をかけて選びました

日本の素材の山葵.味噌.桜.胡麻.味醂など気になるものとお店のスペシャリテを入れてもらいようやく９個決定

ワインと合わせて食べるのが楽しみです！

そしてケーキも気になり買ってみました

こちらはパティシエの木村さんという方が毎日作っているとのこと

おススメをきくとフランス人の間ではmochiが流行っているとのことで

やわらかくて赤ちゃんみたい！な周りと中はメレンゲのサクサク感とマロンクリームが絶妙でした

フランス語ができなすぎて毎日不安になる日々でしたがここに来て目標と夢を再認識させてもらった気がします
