昨日はお寺の写経会にておかしを提供させて頂きました

お皿選びから提供まで全部任せてもらい今回ようやく形にすることができました

お皿は半年くらいいろいろなお店を回りたどり着いたのがイイホシユミコさんのunjourシリーズ

おかしにも精進料理にも使えるシンプルなプレート

色は4色 表参道の直営店で1枚1枚お気に入りのものを選んできました

今回の精進スイーツ

バナナと胡桃のケーキ 豆腐クリーム添え

植物性の素材のみなのでコクをだすために試行錯誤

いつもつくるおかしとは違うとのでドキドキでしたが楽しんで頂けたようでホッとしました

召し上がって頂いた皆様ありがとうございました

毎回違うおかしを楽しんで頂きたいので次回は勉強してきた薬膳テイストも取り入れられたらと考え中です！
