先週末はいつものメンバーで定例ワイン会

ワインとお料理を持ち寄り方式でまたまた素敵なおうちにお邪魔させて頂きました

まずはわたしの担当だった泡

シャルルドモンラッシーで乾杯

シャルドネ ピノ・ノワール ピノグリ の３種を使ったタイプ

バランスのとれた味わい

美味しさをうまく伝えられないのが悔しいですがすごくリッチでさすがシャンパンといったかんじです

おつまみはチーズ盛り合わせ

コンテ カマンベール クリームチーズ レーズン あ～泡も白もチーズあうよねーって幸せな気持ちに

２本め白は ブルゴーニュ アリゴテ

冷えていると爽やかな酸をかんじましたが時間をおくとナッツの風味もでてきたような！

手作りキノコのマリネと一緒に

こちらはお店の味なくらい美味しかった～作り方を教えて頂いたのでやりますきっと

三本め赤 モンテスアルファ ヴィンテージセレクション2008

ヴィンテージセレクションは毎年作られるわけでなくよい葡萄が収穫できたときだけ作られるそうです

チリワインらしいパワフルで華やか

超高級ワインというかんじでした

写真を撮りわすれましたが焼き鳥と一緒に頂きました

5人で３本では足りずさらに赤をあけて頂きました
