夜な夜な試作したビスコッティのご紹介

今回は二種類つくりました

【カカオ86%チョコ&３種のナッツ】

カカオ86%チョコはいつもはスコーンに使ってますが他にもこのほろ苦さを生かせないかと思ってつくりました

生地の甘さがどこまで抑えていいのか迷いながらかなりお砂糖を少なめにしました

カカオはかなり感じられますが一般受けはどうだろう…といったところ

【チャイ&３種のナッツ】

チャイの葉とナッツ、アクセントにオレンジピールを混ぜました

こちらもなんだろ、絶対もっとおいしくなるのに何かが足りない！！

甘味が少ないのでスパイス感が感じにくいのかな…

できたら10/1の寺でマルシェでお披露目したいのでがんばらなくては！

  57. Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
