クラフティはフランスの伝統的な家庭料理でさくらんぼで作るのが正統派レシピですがフランス人に聞いたところフルーツはなんでもありだよとのことでした
ワイナリーにファームステイをしていたとき夏の時期だったので直植えのフルーツが盛りだくさん

イメージてしてはキッチリ切り分けるスタイルでなく大きなスプーンですくってお皿に分けるたいぶです
個別注文制なのでシナモンたっぷりとか控えめとかお好みも伺えます♩
りんごはおそらく2月末までの予定
フルーツによって値段は変わりますが月替わりでいろんなおいしさを楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです
