今まで使っていない素材で作りたくて試してみたのがこちら

プルーンとマスカルポーネのスコーン

マスカルポーネってパンチはないけど滑らかでさっぱりとしたクリーミーなかんじが好きです

ドライプルーンとオレンジピールを刻んでコアントローに15分くらいつけたものを混ぜ込みました

プルーンが大きすぎたのでむき出しになった部分は焦げやすくなってしまうのでもう少し細かくしなくては

これ…見た目はイマイチですが味はとてもとても好みの味にでき何より赤ワインとの相性抜群！試食しながら2杯も飲んでしまった！！

赤ワイン好きな方に食べていただきたいので商品になれるように完成させます
