エスカルゴバターのクッキー

Theフランスの味をクッキーに！

エスカルゴバターと呼びますがエスカルゴのエキスなどが入っているわけでなくエスカルゴを食べるときに使うバターなのでこの名前

作り置きはせずクッキーを作る直前にエスカルゴバターを作ってから混ぜるので風味は抜群！

ブルゴーニュ地方の料理などでフランスではシャルドネなどと合わせていただきましたがわたしは白ワインだけでなくビールとの相性もとつてもよいと思います

先日のマルシェでも沢山の方にご試食していただき完売でした

フランス帰りな逸品なのでこれからの新定番を目指してます！

さてさて去年の今頃はフランス到着1日目

何もわからない不安ななか一人で初カフェランチをしました

なんか誕生日っぽいことしなきゃと食べたエクレア

日本にもある知ってるお店フォションに入りました

フランス語がわからない不安で注文するだけで疲れ果て味はあまり覚えてません

きっと今食べたら美味しいんだろうな

帰国してほっとしている反面いろんなことがあり燃え尽き症候群ぎみ…

悩んでても楽しくすごしてても一年はあっという間に終わってしまうし30代は後悔することを少なくして充実感を感じて過ごしたいと思ってます
