ピクルス ハム ゆで卵を必ず使わなきゃいけない材料で指定されました

レストランで食べるサラダパスタとはどんなとのかを想像するようにとのこと

わたしのコンセプトは違う味と食感のパスタ2種を楽しめることと安っぽくない卵サラダにしたかったのですがスペースが空きずてしまいダメ元の葉っぱ一枚。。

シェフがいいところ直したほうがいいところを講評してくれるのでとても勉強になりました

BistrorSMAPは必ず毎週見てたのに美味しそう〜SMAPカッコいい〜ということばかりでもっと盛り付けもちゃんと見ておけばよかったと思いました

とりあえずスマホに入ってる外食したときの写真を見返してインスピレーションしなくては！
