先週末の写経会で提供させていただいた精進スイーツ

さつまいものケーキ

蒸したさつまいもと黒ゴマを練りこんだシンプルなケーキです

生地は甘くせず焼きあがってからメープルシロップに浸してしっとりと

秋らしい味わいでご好評でした

来月は何にしようか考えている時間がとっても楽しいです
