今日は絶対酔っ払わないように2人で一本という誓いをして選んだワインがこちら
キュベドブリュ ラングドック シャルドネ
生産者はフォンカイユ
冷えているときの第1印象はスッキリときりっとした口当たりでミネラル感が強いですが口に含むと樽香のする南仏のシャルドネ
常温になるとあまいフルーツ感もでてきました
鉄板メニューのアンティパスト盛り合わせ
変わらずにワインが進んじゃうお料理ばかり！！
今思えば仕事したあとにこっそりバイトして夜遅くの美味しい賄いが楽しみで睡眠時間なくても元気に過ごしていましたが今では絶対そんなムチャできないし3年しかたってないはずなのにあの頃は若かったなあとしみじみ…
閉店までワインとお料理を堪能してとっても楽しい時間でした！
