昨日は6月の写経会にておかしを提供させて頂きました
金柑のケーキ
お寺の庭になっている無農薬の金柑を摘むところからはじめました
半分に切り種を竹串で取り煮詰めてたものを生地に入れて焼きました
卵もバターも使わないので生地が固めでずっしりとしたケーキになります
トッピングのホイップは豆乳クリームを使用
完全植物性素材で仕上げました
金柑は薬膳の効能だと気を巡らせるのですっきりとしたいときにもおススメの食材
非日常の空間で自分の作ったおかし楽しんで頂けて嬉しく思います
