今日は一年間通った鎌倉薬膳アカデミーの卒業式

一年間の専門コースでしたがあっという間に過ぎた気がします

入学式の日は病んでいてそのときはもうどうにも立ち直れないかと思ったけど今はこうやって卒業式を迎えられて自分でもホッとしてるし時間の流れが解決してくれることもあるんだと知りました

そもそものきっかけは自分じゃなくて大切な人にどうにか元気になってほしいという思いで受講を決意したけど栄養士では学ばない知識や考え方を沢山知ることができて少しだけでも成長できた気がしてます

これをどう生かすのか

今日がスタートラインですという先生の言葉が響きました

卒業制作で施膳したのは気滞の薬膳

この時はみんなで凄く気合い入れてつくったけど普段の生活に当たり前のように取り入れられるくらいの力をつけたいです

同期が一人一人のイメージにあわせてプレゼントしてくれたお花

わたしは黄色のガーベラを頂きました

花言葉は『希望』いつでも見えるところに飾って今日のこの前向きな気持ちを忘れないようにしたいです
