地元 熊谷唯一の酒造 権田酒造の楽酒
利き酒イベント限定に造ったものみたいです
味はキリッとした辛口
まぐろのお刺身が最高の肴でした

最近はいろんなところで見かける久世福商店で売っている純米吟醸
純米酒にあうひとごこちという酒米を使っているそうです
キリッとした飲み口 でもクセがないからさらさら進んでしまいます

三本め 山廃本醸造 雪の茅舎
秋田県由利本荘市の酒屋さんからお取り寄せしたそうです
酒造好適米の酒造秋田こまちを独自に栽培しているそうです
透き通ったようなすっきりとした味わいでした

四本め 純米酒 神の泉
こちらも地元に近い羽生市の酒蔵のお酒
味はいつも使ってる料理酒みたいなかんじでした
よくわからなかったけと和クッキーと一緒に食べるといいかんじでした

五本め 純米大吟醸 福寿
もったいなくてなかなか飲まずにいたらちょっと古酒になりつつある感じでした
黄色っぽくなってるかもと思いつつ…でもこくがあり美味
ワインのおつまみに用意したチーズがいい感じ
やっぱりチーズと日本酒のマリアージュも◎
せっかく美味しいのにちゃんと表現できないのもったいないなー
