妹がお土産で買ってきてくれた牛久シャトービール

牛久シャトーはブルワリーもワイナリーもあると知っていたのでどっちでもいいからほしいですとおねだりしました

重いのに買ってきてくれてありがとう！

ラインナップはわからなかったのでざっくりな黒ビール以外でお願いしました

一本め ピルスナー

すっきり！！ってくらいの爽やかさ

ピルスナーは苦味の強めスタイルなのに全然苦くなかったです

クラフトビールブルワリーだからもっと濃いかと思ったのに

東南アジア系の薄いビールなかんじ

二本め ヘレス

こっちも薄い いつもがっつりポップかきいているのばかり飲んでるからかな

どんどん飲めちゃうーそしてヘレスっていう種類のビールはなかなか飲んだことのないスタイルだったからよくわかりませんでした

三本め 秋あがり

色からして違いました    濃い！深くてこくがあります

メルツェンビールというカテゴリー

ドイツ語で三月って意味だけどなんで秋あがり！?と調べたところ昔は三月に作って夏に飲んでその残りを秋の収穫祭に飲みほしたからみたいです

メルツェンビール以外の2本は味もインパクトも薄かったので…今度はワインのほうを飲んでみたいな
