久しぶりにお酒情報です
毎日いろいろ飲んでいるので写真がたまりにたまってるのになかなか更新できず…
今日は国産ワイン
さくらんぼ狩りのときに立ち寄った高畠ワイナリーの白ワイン
辛口となっていますがわたしにはとっても甘く感じます
ワインというより食後に楽しむさっぱりデザートみたいなかんじ
食後のフルーツ的なイメージ
いい意味です！
これはお食事よりも単体で楽しむのがいいのかなってかんじです
といいながら一応
ブルーチーズにはちみつをたっぷりかけてみました
うーん、あってますねとは言いにくいかんじ
フレッシュな甘めのワインにはなにがあうんだろうか
無理してあわせなくてもいいのかな
とかいろいろ考えながら飲んでます
