黒麹がまろやかさを出しているとのこと

サツマイモは黄金千貫

仕込み水は霧島裂罅水

適度にミネラルと炭酸ガスを含み焼酎づくりの敵である鉄分をほとんど含まないそう

鉄分が大敵だなんて知りませんでした   ！

お酒造りはやっぱり奥が深いな

黒霧島が優しいさつま芋の香りがしたのでまったりとしたスイーツが食べたくなってバニラプリンと合わせてみました

相性よし！新たな発見でした
