あっという間に５月

更新がとまってしまっていました

疲れがたまっていたのか４月後半から体調を崩してしまい声がでない咳がとまらない食欲がないとトリプルパンチ

体調が悪いときはすべてがマイナス思考になってしまいます

そんななかでも心配して声をかけてくれる方やお見舞いをくれる方など周りの方のやさしさに救われました

特にすいかのお皿と初物のすいかは本当に涙でそうでした

なんにも食べたくないと思っていたのにだいすきなすいかはぺろりと完食しました   笑

そして元気のありがたさを実感

心身ともに健康第一 ！

はやく復活してまた試作したいな
