桜の開花宣言から寒い日が続いておりなかなかお花見にはいけませんね
今回のスコーンはふんわりとしたソフトタイプ
バターベースの生地にさらしあんと刻んだ桜の塩漬けを入れた和のスコーン
ほんのり色付くピンクとほどよいしょっぱさがお気に入り
