桜の塩漬けをトッピングしたシンプルクッキー
桜の塩漬けを水に浸して塩気をとってからのせました
下のクッキーは甘さ控えめのバターベース
軽めのロゼワインとあわせてみたいやわらかなクッキーです
小さい桜の花はフリーズドライいちごを使用
捏ねているときからいちごの甘酸っぱい香りが広がりなんともしあわせなきもちに
どちらのクッキーもやわらかい味なので軽めのロゼと合いそうです
このクッキーを持って早くお花見したいなあ
