先日ハワイへ行ってきました

土曜の朝限定のマーケットです

オアフ島最大規模の青空市場

KCCはダイアモンヘッドの梺にあり自然豊かなエリアです

7:30スタートですがその前からすでに行列ができておりました

まずは食べたもの

どれもちょっと高そうなかんじですが新鮮さと味と雰囲気を考えるとコスパ抜群です

自然の恵みをふんだんに味わえて美味でした

地元の方は採れたて野菜やコーヒーなどを買っていました

長く滞在できるならコンドミニアムに泊まっていろいろな食材を試したいな

今回感じたことは日本でもハワイでも出展している方々は生き生きとしていて自分のお店に誇りをもっているんだと思いました

美味しさを伝えたい一心が肌でわかりました

だからその場に行きたくなるし食べたくなるしそこにいるだけでしあわせな気持ちにになれるんだと実感

わたしもはやくおかしやのんとして出展したい！
