香り付けと苦味付け両方に使用することができる(bittering&aloma)

と大まかに三種類に分けられます

ホップそのものに触れる機会はなかなかありませんがぜひ香りを直に知りたいものです

お味はというと…   大人の贅沢といった高級感溢れる味わいでした

    近年、もっぱらスタンダードヱビスばっかり。ジョエル・ロブションも飲んでみようかなぁ、と思えました！贅沢ですよねぇ。
    大阪に来てから、まだヱビス好きに会ってなくて…はやく仲間がほしい。麒麟好きが多い…。
