買ってきたワインたちを飲みたくてフレンチもどきなものを作りました
三種のきのこのオムレツ ネギのビネグレットソース漬け 生ハムサラダ レバーペースト
シャンパーニュで乾杯！
買ってきてよかった〜と思える味わいでした
椎茸のポタージュ
見た目よくないのですが味は椎茸のうまみがたっぷり
SHIITAKE mushroomとしてフランスにもある素材 フランスではマッシュルームが主流ですが日本のきのこはやっぱり最高に美味しい！
メインは前にも作ったブッフブルギニョン
簡単だし低価格で作れるメインなのでありがたい！ 赤ワインの種類によってだいぶ味が変わるので入れるワインを選ぶのが楽しいです
デザートはゴルゴンゾーラのチーズケーキと
ソーテルヌ
これも12月のsalon des vinsで買ったもの
蜂蜜みたいな芳醇で濃厚でうっとりする味わいでした
第二のデザートに食べた いぶりがっこ&クリームチーズ×なまはげIPA 美味♡
沢山食べて笑って楽しい時間でした
今年も美味しく飲める一年になる予感！
